All sales are FINAL - unfortunately no returns or exchanges are allowed.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for our team to evaluate the issue as soon as possible. Order cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your original payment method.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
